The pool had a good design and a decent size with plenty of sunbeds and towels available. The location was excellent, particularly because of the water taxi service to the parks. The hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. They enhanced the overall experience.

The staff was helpful and attentive, especially at the front desk (they quickly addressed minor issues). They provided prompt assistance with directions and park information and always seemed eager to help, which I appreciated.

The hotel provides convenient access to the parks via water taxi. The water taxi runs frequently, offering a quick and pleasant ride to the park entrance, and , made getting to the attractions simple. I thought that this was an really good location.

pretty routefriendly staffstandard options
The water taxi service provided a great start to the day. The route to the parks was very pretty. The restaurant offered food that was beyond the standard options. The staff were super friendly and always ready to assist.
The coffee available in the rooms was too generic.

Location is decent. Room was not.

Check-in was a HUGE inconvenience. My room was not ready until after 4 PM. i found the noise levels unacceptable. My room was close to a staff area, so i heard constant banging and loud talking between 1 AM and 4 AM every night. I complained, and management offered credits. THAT was nice but did not solve the noise problem.

the boat service to the parks provided a pretty route. the strong water bar was lovely and offered a great view. the restaurant, amatista, had food that was beyond standard burgers and fries.
the hotel rooms are adequate. they could have been nicer considering the price. the lightweight blankets left a lot to be desired. the restaurants in the hotel are okay.
